Betspino shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
The Services are provided for your personal entertainment only. You may not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place wagers, access the Platform, or interact with the Services in a manner not intended for human players. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Betspino supports mobile play via a mobile browser on both iOS and Android devices. An Android APK is available as a direct download from thebetspino.org. By downloading and installing the APK, you accept these Terms and acknowledge that Betspino is not responsible for any issues arising from the installation of the APK on your device. iOS users access the Platform through a mobile browser experience. Betspino does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Betspino accepts no responsibility.
Cryptocurrency deposits are processed in the cryptocurrency selected and credited to your Account in the euro equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. There is no published upper cap on cryptocurrency deposit amounts. Betspino is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value or for blockchain network delays beyond our control.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party. Deposits made using payment methods registered in a third party's name will not be accepted, and any such deposits may be returned and the Account suspended.
Withdrawals are processed via the methods set out below. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned via the same method used to make the corresponding deposit.

The following maximum withdrawal limits apply to all players unless otherwise specified under the VIP programme:
Any withdrawal request exceeding €5,000 must be split into multiple transactions in accordance with the per-transaction cap. Betspino reserves the right to stagger large withdrawals over multiple payment cycles.
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal will be processed. Please refer to Section 9 for full details of the KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification will be held pending until verification is concluded. Betspino shall not be liable for any delays to withdrawal processing arising from incomplete KYC documentation.
Once a withdrawal request has been approved and KYC is complete, processing times are as stated in the table above. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed on the same day. E-wallet withdrawals (Skrill, Neteller) are processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers take 3–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by third-party processing times outside Betspino's control.
Withdrawals may only be requested from your Real Money Funds balance. Any active Bonus Funds or amounts subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement must be cleared or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed from funds associated with a bonus. Your real money balance is always wagered before your bonus balance. Please refer to Section 7 for full bonus and wagering terms.
Betspino reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: KYC verification is incomplete; we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to withhold funds. You may cancel a pending withdrawal request prior to its processing, at which point the funds will be returned to your Account balance.

Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of your deposit and bonus. For example, if you receive a €100 bonus subject to a 40x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of €4,000 before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated at the time the bonus is credited. If you fail to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period, the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited; your Real Money Funds will not be affected.
Your real money balance is always used first when placing wagers. Bonus Funds are only staked once your Real Money Funds balance has been exhausted. This ensures your deposited funds are not unnecessarily consumed by bonus wagering.
The 120 Free Spins awarded on the third qualifying deposit are credited for use on Gates of Olympus. Winnings generated from Free Spins are credited separately from your regular balance and are subject to a 30x wagering requirement on those winnings before they may be withdrawn.
